Appearance: White flaky or powdery crystals

Properties: White monoclinic crystals, cold crystals are flat rhombic, hot crystals are amorphous. Usually contains two molecules of crystallization water, which is stable in the air and does not weather. Soluble in water, the aqueous solution has a bitter and salty taste, and is toxic!
